一、General introduction
FKDX series limit stop are developed by FORYOU , which achieves tower crane safety regulation and design requirements for tower crane safe running.
FKDX series limit stop is made up of high accuracy and high transmission reducer and rote memory control mechanisms. FKDX can be used in limit stop of building machinery, port machinery and mining machinery, which is small, light, multifunction, high repeat accuracy, universal and easy using.
二、Main technical parameters

3. Repeat setting accuracy: rote memory cam repeat angle error ≤0.3°
4. Rated voltage: AC 380V DC 220V
5. Rated current: 6 － 10A
6. Cam switch number can be 2, 3 or 4
三、 Installation & Debugging(instance of 3 switch type)

Shape and dimension of limiter are shown in fig 1, length mounting screw set in limiter must not be more than 6mm , joint input shaft and controlled mechanism with gimbals or joint directly, and be sure it can turn limberly.
2、 Limiter debugging
Correspondence position of limiter regulating shaft and micro switch is shown in fig 2 and fig 3, (1N － 1T － 1WK ， 2N － 2T － 2WK ， 3N － 3T － 3WK). connect according to wiring diagram on micro switch and start controlled mechanism to appointed position (zero load). 3、Tighten M5.
4、Run mechanism with zero load for several times to prove memory position, repeat above step if any faulty operation.
5、 Assembly shell after all positions meet requirements.
四、Care and maintenances
1. Tower crane driver must know principle, function and debugging very well. The driver must do pre-inspection and function test before operating.
2. All rotatable parts and sliding parts must be lubricated regularly, and all fastening parts must be inspected and tightened regularly.
3. Readjusting must be done before reinstallation after disassembly, and readjusting must be done before next assembly.
4. Shell of limiter is made of engineering plastic, so gasoline must not be used for cleaning of limiter surface and internal components, and please prevents shell deformation caused by installation welding. |
