FKDX-L load moment limiter is used for Max. lifting moment and 80% Max. lifting moment warning, it is apply with tower crane GB5144-1994 standard and design requirements.

Joint and tighten otic panel on load moment limiter arch ends and tower head main chord with 2-M12 or 4-M10 bolts, or weld otic panel of load moment limiter arch ends to tower head main chord.

1.Position and function of switch are shown in fig 3. K1 controls Lifting and trolley traveling loop,; K2 controls 80% load moment prewarning, its motion connects prewarning control loop and gives prewarning of acoustooptic. K2 wiring: red & blue for normal closed, red & yellow for normal open.

2. Centertocenter distance of otic installation (e) may be of 1210, 1200, 1040, 750, and the spec may be made to order.

Arch board can be pressurized or bend, pressurized arch is installed on front chord of tower head, and bend one is intalled on back chord, and bend one is recommended.                                                  

1. Adjust cam position of K1, till limit works as soon as lift 108% of Max. lifting load moment.

2. Adjust scallop cam of K2 , till prewarning of acoustooptic works as soon as lifting 80% of load moment in high speed.

1.Tower crane driver must know principle, function and debugging of FKDX-L very well. The driver must do pre-inspection and function test before operating.

2. All rotatable parts and sliding parts must be lubricated regularly, and all fastening parts must be inspected and tightened regularly.

3. Readjusting must be done before reinstallation after worksite change and disassembly.

4. Gasoline must not be used for cleaning of limiter surface and internal components.
