FKDX-Z load lifting limiter is used for tower crane below 40T.M, which limits tower crane Max. lifting load and Max. lifting load of relevant lifting speed. The complete safety device consists of load moment limiter, height limiter, radius limiter and slewing limiter. FKDX-Z complies with GB-144-1994 standard and design requirements.

1.Weld the panel to upper chord of lifting jib as shown in fig 1, and fix the weight limiter to the panel with 2 M 12 bolts as shown in fig 2.

2.Position & function of switch are shown in fig 3. put K 1 in series of lifting loop, switch motion of which cuts lifting loop; connect K2 stepping speed limit switch to speed control loop, and put normal closed contact in series of high speed lifting loop, normal open contact is bridge connected between high speed loop and middle speed control loop, switch motion of K2 cuts high speed control loop and connects middle speed control loop, realizes automatic switching from high speed to middle speed. K2 wiring: red & blue for normal open, red & yellow for normal close.

1.Adjust A-P position of weight limiter, make sure extension (a) be about 35mm for hoisting weight being 108% of rated Max. lifting capacity, then adjust cam position of K1, till limiter works as soon as lifting of 108% rated Max. lifting capacity lifted.

2.Adjust scallop cam, make sure high speed lifting unusable and shifts to middle speed automatically when lifting 108% rated Max. lifting capacity.

1.Tower crane driver must know principle, function and debugging of FKDX-Z very well. The driver must do pre-inspection and function test before operating.

2.All rotatable parts and sliding parts must be lubricated regularly, and all fastening parts must be inspected and tightened regularly.

3.Readjusting must be done before reinstallation after worksite change and disassembly.

4.Gasoline must not be used for cleaning of limiter surface and internal components.
