FWQT/A is a domestic advanced electrical control system developed by FORYOU according to numerous tower crane manufactures requirements and operating characteristic of itself. Both DC220V and AC380V are practicable to FWQT/A, which transfers electric drive signal convenient and fast.

FWQT/A is make up of left and right parts. Handles drive gear drive, gear shaft of which close relevant contacts, and tower crane achieves all motions. 

1. Normal working temperature

a  Environmental temperature: -25℃ － 40℃ , average temperature within 24h not more than + 35℃ .

b  Elevation of installation site should be less than 2000m .

c  Class of pollution less than 3 grade.

d  Relative air humidity less than 50%.

a  Rated current: 2.6A , with 380V, 50Hz power

b  Rated current: 0.4A with 220V AC

c  Thermal current: 16A , out housing protection degree: P4

d  Mechanical life: 3 million, electrical life: 2lakh.

1. Check and confirm circuit is in accordance with schematic circuit diagram.

2. Free operation can be realized with hemispheric part raised to top end for unlocking self-locking system, and self-locking system may be shut down by raising up handle button and turn 45°in anticlockwise direction. Forcibly operation may cause mechanism damage.

3. Contactor should be cleaned once a year, cotton and alcohol may be used for contactor cleaning.
